Zusammenfassung

Datalec Precision Installations (DPI) seeks a Regional Connectivity Lead to steer connectivity services across APAC. You will drive growth, oversee complex data centre projects, and act as the regional SME for connectivity solutions across multiple countries.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure delivery excellence, manage budgets and risk, and engage clients with strategic guidance while upholding DPI standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Significant experience managing connectivity, cabling, telecom, or data centre projects.
• Proven track record delivering multi-country or regional APAC projects.
• Experience with data centre, hyperscale, colocation, telecoms or enterprise customers.
• Project Management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop DPI’s Connectivity service offering across the APAC region, driving growth and market presence.
• Manage delivery of connectivity, structured cabling, fibre, and data centre infrastructure projects across multiple countries.
• Act as regional point of contact for clients, providing technical expertise, project leadership, and strategic guidance.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgets, schedules, risk management, and delivery performance.
• Support business development, including solution development, bid support, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and operational standards across projects.
• Build, mentor, and lead regional project and technical teams; foster excellence and collaboration.
• Develop regional connectivity standards, best practices, and delivery methodologies.
• Represent the business with internal/external customers and partners; uphold values.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adherence to Data Protection regulations.
