WSA is seeking a Director of Commercial Excellence APAC to define and roll out the APAC Commercial Excellence program, embedding Smart Lean into how each country operates. You will partner with global teams, train markets, and ensure the operating rhythm of every country aligns with the transformation.

Reporting to the Regional President, APAC, you will drive regional excellence, train markets, and champion the program across diverse country teams, ensuring consistent standards and execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial roles with leadership in projects and change initiatives.
• Smart Lean training with proven ability to embed into operations.
• Experience coordinating across diverse country teams in multinationals.
• Experience across multiple countries or multinational contexts.

Responsabilités

• Partner with global teams to build and shape APAC Commercial Excellence program.
• Own integration and rollout of the Smart Lean across commercial functions.
• Train and upskill the region in the commercial excellence agenda.
• Champion the program at country level with commercial teams.
