Job summary

Johnson & Johnson International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Education Deployment, Wound Closure and Healing to lead APAC rollout of global education programs for the WCH platform.

You will translate regional strategy into delivery plans and ensure field readiness via localized curricula and trainer networks. Work with Education Leaders, Sales, Marketing and cross-functional partners to align messaging with brand strategy, manage sponsorship, and monitor KPIs such as

Responsibilities

Translate the APAC learning roadmap into market-level deployment plans and timelines.
Localize curricula for APAC markets (language, regulatory) with medical validation partners.
Lead field-based delivery: courses, centers, labs, virtual modules and certification events.
Ensure instructional fidelity for hands-on labs and scenario-based assessments.
Build and sustain a certified trainer network across APAC markets and provide coaching and QA.
Own tactical learning deliverables for WCH product launches in APAC: timelines, materials, certification goals.
Coordinate with regional sales enablement and supply chain for on-time logistics and field support.
Elevate readiness risks to leadership and secure sponsorship.
Act as APAC education liaison to Regional Leadership and align with brand strategy.
Define and track KPIs: customer satisfaction, time-to-certification, adoption metrics.
