Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Capability Training APAC to translate global curricula into market-relevant APAC deployment. You will lead regional execution, adoption, reinforcement and impact measurement for the capability portfolio, partnering closely with Global and APAC Commercial Education, Sales, Marketing and market leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
Experience deploying multi-country capability programs and translating global frameworks for regional/execution.
Fluency in English; ability to facilitate senior commercial audiences across cultures and markets.
Strong program/project management skills across markets and workstreams.
Experience with adult learning, facilitator development, coaching, and launch execution.

Responsibilities

Translate globally developed curricula into APAC delivery plans reflecting market maturity and context.
Lead regional delivery of Facilitation Excellence Academy and Coaching Excellence initiatives.
Build and sustain a network of facilitators across APAC; establish delivery standards and quality assurance.
Partner with Sales, Marketing and market leadership to integrate coaching into leader routines and programs.
Define deployment measures, monitor adoption, and report progress to leadership.
