Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Capability Training APAC to translate global curricula into market-relevant APAC delivery. You will lead regional execution, ensure adoption, reinforcement, and impact measurement across APAC, partnering with Global and APAC Commercial Education, Sales, Marketing and market teams.
The role focuses on converting global content into market-relevant experiences, engaging leaders, and building sustainable in-market capability with learning
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive healthcare/commercial experience.
- Experience deploying multi-country capability programs and translating global frameworks for regional execution.
- Fluency in English required; additional APAC language capability is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Define the APAC capability deployment roadmap aligned with regional priorities and global curricula.
- Translate global curricula into APAC delivery plans reflecting market maturity and cultural context.
- Prioritize deployment across markets in partnership with regional leaders.
- Build and sustain a network of capable regional and in-market facilitators.
- Establish delivery standards, coaching and quality assurance for facilitators.
- Monitor adoption and surface opportunities to improve coaching effectiveness.
