Job summary

Stryker Group in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager of Field Education to architect the future of clinical education across APAC. You will lead a team of Clinical Education Managers delivering orthopedics and MedSurg education, ensuring sales and internal teams attain elite knowledge to support life-changing technologies.

You will define long-term vision, build formalized instructional design, and create multi-month learning journeys using 70-20-10.

Qualifications

Experience leading clinical education programs.
Proven ability to translate medical technology into training.
Strong APAC region knowledge and ability to scale.
Excellent communication and collaboration with VPs and leaders.
Proven track record in instructional design frameworks.

Responsibilities

Define the Future Path: craft and execute a long-term vision for knowledge and skills across surgical robotics and medtech in APAC.
Drive Clinical Excellence: ensure clinical proficiency and translate complex tech into refined skills for measurable outcomes.
Regional Strategy & Scale: manage APAC curricula to ensure quality education experiences across local regions.
Stakeholder Alignment: partner with regional VPs and divisional leaders to align education with sales priorities.
Formalized Education Structure: implement instructional design frameworks with behavior-based training.
Measurement of Impact: establish dashboards to evaluate training effectiveness and business impact.
