Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Capability Training APAC to translate global curricula into market-ready APAC delivery. The role leads regional execution, adoption, reinforcement and impact measurement with Global and APAC teams.

The ideal candidate will convert content into market-relevant experiences, engage leaders, and build sustainable in-market capability while ensuring learning translates into business impact across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive healthcare/commercial roles including capability development and sales enablement.
• Experience deploying multi-country capability programs and translating global frameworks for regional execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate globally developed curricula into APAC delivery plans reflecting market maturity, language and culture.
• Lead regional execution, adoption, reinforcement and impact measurement for capability portfolio.
• Build sustainable in-market capability and ensure learning is applied in business.
• Coordinate and deliver key programs across APAC including Enablement, Coaching and Launch initiatives.
