Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in APAC region seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Capability Training APAC to translate global curricula into market-relevant APAC delivery plans across multiple markets. You will lead regional execution, adoption, and impact measurement, partnering with Global and APAC teams to deploy capability programs that improve commercial execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Marketing or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare, medical devices, commercial excellence, capability development, marketing, sales enablement or related commercial roles.
• Demonstrated experience deploying multi-country capability programs and translating global frameworks for regional or local execution.
• Experience facilitating senior commercial audiences and leading workshops across cultures and markets.
• Practical experience with adult learning, facilitator development, coaching, launch execution or marketing capability is preferred.
• Experience deploying Challenger or comparable consultative-selling methodologies and integrating them with capital selling capability is preferred.
• APAC multi-country experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• APAC Capability Strategy and Deployment: translate global curricula into practical APAC delivery plans reflecting market maturity, language, cultural context and commercial priorities without changing core curriculum intent.
• Facilitation Excellence Academy: lead regional delivery of the Facilitation Excellence Academy and build a network of regional/in-market facilitators.
• Coaching Excellence for People Leaders: deploy coaching practices for commercial leaders and provide reinforcement tools and communities of practice.
• Launch Excellence and Marketing Excellence: plan and facilitate workshops, roadshows and market engagements to build practical launch and marketing capability.
• Emerging Leaders and Selected Commercial Capabilities: coordinate and deliver initiatives, deploy Challenger and Capital Selling Skills with aligned curricula.
• Senior Facilitation and Stakeholder Leadership: engage country/regional leaders and align deployment with business priorities.
• Adoption, Measurement and Continuous Improvement: define measures for deployment and report progress with data-driven improvements.
