This strategic commercial role partners with market leaders to define priorities, strengthen operating discipline, and scale the commercial model to expand patient access.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in commercial strategy, business planning, or sales operations, with strong analytics and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Commercial Strategy, Business Planning, Sales Operations, or related fields.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country business environments.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Define regional growth priorities and develop commercial strategies that reflect market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Lead annual planning and business prioritization across Rest of APAC to support scalable growth; partner with country leaders and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actions.
• Commercial Operations & Excellence: improve forecasting, KPI tracking, and operating standards; introduce scalable tools and measurement.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across markets to build a more efficient commercial model.
