Google LLC in Singapore is seeking a Collections Operations Associate to support invoice-to-cash processes for Google’s customers in Southeast Asia. You will manage collections for a portfolio across ads, cloud, and hardware with cross-functional collaboration to drive timely payments.

The role relies on problem-solving skills to fix blockers, negotiate outcomes with clients, and work with Sales, Finance and Product teams to optimize cashflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in developing customer and sales partnerships.
• Fluent Korean for business interactions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with external customers and internal partners in Southeast Asia.
• Identify and address drivers of non-payment; advise stakeholders on policies and processes.
• Partner with Operations Management and collections processes to surface feedback and close gaps.
• Advocate adoption of new processes and platforms to improve billing and payment experience.
• Drive resolution on billing and payment problems by coordinating across Finance, Sales and Product teams.
