Job summary

Mastercard Worldwide, through Mastercard Services in APAC, is expanding its cloud partner program to enable hyperscale sellers and Mastercard teams. The role focuses on AWS and other hyperscalers to drive co-sell motions for ISV/SaaS products in MarTech and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partner enablement, channel enablement or partner programs at a SaaS, cloud or technology company.
• Track record of building scalable partner and internal sales enablement programs tied to pipeline and revenue.
• Experience building or supporting account mapping and joint pipeline processes between vendor and partner sales teams.
• Strong programme and project management skills with multiple workstreams across markets.

Responsibilities

• Hyperscaler Enablement: Design and deliver enablement programs for hyperscaler field teams.
• Create role-based content with value propositions, use cases, discovery questions and joint sales plays.
• Coordinate with hyperscaler partner teams to integrate Mastercard content into their channels.
• Support marketplace readiness, including listing content and collateral for cloud marketplace transactions.
• Localise enablement for APAC markets (Japan, Australia, Singapore, SE Asia) considering language and regulations.
• Assist in field marketing activities and sales presentations.
• Internal Enablement: Equip Mastercard sellers to co-sell with hyperscalers and develop resources for account mapping and joint pipeline.
• Develop and run the account mapping process between Mastercard and hyperscaler sales teams; work with Legal/Compliance on what can be shared.
• Run internal sessions on partner engagement models, deal registration and co-marketing funds.
• Act as go-between for Mastercard field and cloud partnerships team for timely support.
• Programs, Content and Operations: Own the cloud partner enablement library and partner-ready materials.
• Coordinate events, workshops and MDF-funded activities; track deliverables across products and markets.
• Measuring Impact: Track KPIs tied to pipeline, opportunities and revenue; share insights with Sales, Product and Marketing.
