Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager of Business Development & Cloud Partnerships Enablement APAC to build and scale cloud partner enablement across Asia Pacific. You will design programs for hyperscaler teams, create joint sales plays, and drive co-sell motion with major cloud providers including AWS, Azure, and Alibaba.

You will lead enablement for Mastercard Sellers and partner teams, develop content, manage events, and track impact against pipeline metrics across APAC markets, including

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partner enablement, channel enablement or partner programs at a SaaS, cloud or technology company.
• Track record of building scalable partner and internal sales enablement programs tied to pipeline and revenue.
• Experience building or supporting account mapping and joint pipeline processes between vendor and partner sales teams.
• Strong programme and project management skills with multiple workstreams across markets.
• A data-driven approach to measure and iterate on programs.
• Hands-on experience with major hyperscaler partner programs (AWS strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Hyperscaler Enablement: Design and deliver enablement programs for hyperscaler field teams and build role-based content.
• Internal Enablement: Equip Mastercard sellers to co-sell with hyperscalers and develop account mapping and joint programs.
• Programs, Content and Operations: Own the cloud partner enablement library and coordinate partner events and MDF usage.
• Measuring Impact: Track KPIs like opportunities registered, co-sell engagement and marketplace transactions.
