Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end client onboarding across products and platforms.
• Address client inquiries and troubleshoot problems.
• Process transactions accurately and in line with procedures.
• Identify opportunities to refer services based on client needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Conduct client due diligence; assess AML risks and escalate issues if needed.
• Provide guidance to team members to foster continuous improvement.
• Serve as main contact for bankers; manage expectations and resolve cases within SLAs.
• Facilitate queries regarding PEP, screening, regulatory, compliance, legal and risk.
