Job summary

Olympus Corporation in Singapore seeks a senior Commercial Leader to drive indirect growth across Asia Pacific by aligning sales, marketing, portfolio management, and channel development with our growth priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and market expansion.
• Experience managing regional distributors and channel partners across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Implement regional business strategies, annual operating plans, and growth initiatives to achieve targets.
• Lead distributor networks across APAC to maximize market penetration and share.
• Establish sales objectives, pricing governance, and commercial plans.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, key customers, hospitals, and strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Supply Chain to maintain service levels.
