Weichai Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Director to lead the non-Data Center Power Systems distribution business across the Asia Pacific region. The role focuses on revenue growth, market expansion, and channel performance with close collaboration across regions and HQ.

The candidate will develop regional distribution strategies, manage key distributors and channel partners, and drive sales, pricing and margin performance in line with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in business, engineering, marketing or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities with revenue focus.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional distribution sales strategy for APAC power systems.
• Set targets, market priorities, and channel plans by country and segment.
• Identify opportunities to expand market coverage and customer base.
• Lead distributor management and business development for key partners.
• Monitor revenue, margin and sales forecasts with HQ and Finance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Finance to drive growth.
