J.P. Morgan is seeking a Vice President, Regional Cash Operations in Asia to lead cash operations across Asia branches.

You will drive regional improvements, strengthen controls, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with product, client service, technology, risk, and audit teams. You will shape location strategy, centralising processes in hubs or shifting work across sites, and lead incident and resiliency readiness with senior leadership updates.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in cash operations and/or cash products within financial services, including leadership or matrix leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of payments and treasury services operations and technology strategy.
• Experience delivering outcomes through influence across multiple locations and teams without direct reporting lines.
• Proven ability to manage risk, controls, and regulatory expectations across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee cash operations performance across Asia branches, ensuring consistent delivery and escalation.
• Define operating model and location strategy to centralise processes or shift work across sites while maintaining resiliency.
• Lead regional projects to drive efficiency, automation, and standardisation across branches.
• Partner with regional product and client service teams to improve product capability and client experience.
• Ensure procedures and controls meet local and global regulatory requirements across locations.
• Drive incident response coordination and resiliency readiness across the region.
• Provide clear updates to senior leadership on performance, risks, priorities, and delivery.
