Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Vice President to lead APAC Treasury balance sheet optimization. You will partner with the business, Corporate Treasury and senior country stakeholders to drive liquidity, resource management and risk mitigation across Asia.

You will deliver analytical insights, build analytics infrastructure, and mentor junior staff while overseeing key initiatives impacting legal entity balance sheets and global programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of treasury, finance or related experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive APAC balance sheet optimization with senior country stakeholders.
• Develop analytics infrastructure, dashboards and what-if scenarios.
• Assess financial resource management implications of new initiatives.
• Lead cost allocation methodology and implementation for FRM.
• Manage local projects and contribute to global balance sheet initiatives.
• Identify balance sheet risks and actionable insights for leadership.
• Mentor junior team members across the APAC region.
