Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior BU Lead to formulate and implement business plans, own P&L, and drive revenue growth across Singapore, Malaysia, and China.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, QA, and Procurement to align product offerings with market needs, lead a team, mentor staff, and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, including leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement BU business plans aligned with company goals.
• Take full ownership of BU P&L, revenue objectives, forecasting accuracy, profitability metrics.
• Monitor market developments, establish product positioning, and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide performance updates to senior management.
• Develop strategic key accounts and broaden the customer base.
• Provide guidance to sales engineers in pre-sales engagements and negotiations.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure continuity and satisfaction.
