PROFILE SEARCH & SELECTION (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a Regional Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end regional supply chain across Asia Pacific, including planning, logistics, and distribution, within a highly regulated medical device and pharmaceutical environment.

The role emphasizes driving transformation, building robust S&OP/IBP processes, and partnering with global and regional stakeholders to enable sustainable growth. A strategic, commercially minded leader is essential.

Qualifications

Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
MBA or professional certification is advantageous.
Experience leading regional supply chain in regulated industries.
Proven transformation and continuous improvement experience.
Experience with ERP/APS implementation (SAP/Oracle/Kinaxis).

Responsibilities

Lead regional end-to-end supply chain across planning, logistics, warehousing and distribution.
Drive demand and supply planning to improve forecast accuracy, inventory, service levels.
Partner with commercial, manufacturing, finance, regulatory and global ops teams.
Develop regional supply chain strategies aligned with global objectives.
Champion supply chain transformation including process optimization, digitalization and ERP/APS implementations.
Build S&OP/IBP processes to enhance visibility and decision-making.
Establish KPI frameworks and dashboards to monitor performance and drive improvement.
Lead risk management and business continuity planning for the regional network.
Mentor and develop a high-performing regional team; engage senior stakeholders.
