Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a leader to drive growth, oversee operations, and ensure regulatory compliance across the APAC aerospace sector.

You will build strong relationships with airlines, MROs, and OEMs while developing a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. The role requires managing resources, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commercial aerospace or advanced manufacturing.
• Proven track record of securing and growing customer accounts.
• Experience with aviation regulations such as EASA Part 21/145 or FAA/CAAS.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by developing and executing commercial strategies across the APAC region.
• Build and maintain relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities to hit revenue targets.
• Lead and manage daily business operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Oversee administrative functions and manage external stakeholder relationships, including vendors and regulators.
• Serve as Accountable Manager under POA framework and act as certifying staff per quality standards.
• Ensure adequate resources to support regulatory compliance and operations.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to group-level strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Provide regular, data-driven reports on commercial performance and workforce matters to senior leadership.
