Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in business, animal science, agriculture or related field.
• 15+ years in agribusiness/animal feed/nutrition with at least 8 years in senior regional or general management roles.
• Proven ability to lead multi-country APAC operations for a European/global company.
• Strong commercial acumen with hands-on feed formulation, livestock systems, and market development.
• Demonstrated success in managing P&L and delivering sustainable profitable growth.
• Cross-cultural leadership and ability to align European standards with local execution.
• Excellent English communication; additional Asian/European languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Translate the global strategy into a regional business plan with measurable growth objectives.
• Identify markets, partnerships, and investment opportunities to expand footprint.
• Provide strategic insights to European HQ on market trends and regulatory changes.
• Lead sales, marketing and business development to achieve top-line growth and market share.
• Drive customer-centric innovation in regional feed solutions and align with regional needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors and local authorities.
• Oversee regional operations including manufacturing, supply chain, quality and safety standards.
