APAC AI Delivery Leader — Enterprise Automation & Platforms

Job summary

Visa Hunt seeks a senior technology leader to build and scale AI delivery across APAC. You will establish an expert delivery team, organize cross-functional pods with AI engineers, UX, and testers, and collaborate with SMBC's GCC in India for scalable IT delivery and L1/L2 support.

You will own end-to-end design for enterprise automation, use Azure AI Foundry or equivalents, and set reference architectures with governance and responsible AI practices across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience in banking or regulated industries.
• 5+ years designing and delivering AI/Automation solutions in production.
• Experience with enterprise automation platforms and AI integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead core solutioning and delivery team for APAC AI CFT initiatives.
• Define delivery operating model, design sprints, and CI/CD/MLops pipelines.
• Ensure security, governance, and regulatory compliance across APAC.
• Drive agile delivery with measurable business outcomes.
