Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a senior project leader to drive end-to-end technology and digital transformation initiatives, including AI, data platforms, and automation programs. You will collaborate with business, product, data, AI and engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, data requirements, and success criteria.

A Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of hands-on experience managing complex technology projects are required, with strong Agile/Scrum experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering, or related field.
• 9+ years of end-to-end technology or digital transformation project management.
• Experience delivering AI, data, or automation projects from PoC to production.
• Knowledge of AI delivery concepts: data pipelines, model training, LLMs, RAG, prompts, MLOps.
• Familiar with data privacy and PDPA obligations.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and facilitating ceremonies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with external vendors and delivery partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, data needs, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Manage full lifecycle from initiation to production deployment and closure.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, and milestones; ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate change requests and assess impact on scope, time, cost.
• Collaborate with business, product, data, AI, and engineering teams.
