Job summary

BMW Asia PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled automation solutions across APAC markets. You will coordinate across business stakeholders, product teams, enterprise architecture, compliance, and engineering to ensure value delivery.

The role focuses on backlog ownership, sprint planning, and ensuring high-quality releases with measurable business impact. A strong PM/Delivery background in automation and AI is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering/CS or related field.
• 5+ years IT experience with 1-2 years in Product Ownership/PM or Delivery Management in automation, RPA, or integration.
• Hands-on UiPath and n8n experience.
• Experience delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI in enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of AWA solutions across APAC markets from demand intake to rollout.
• Interface between business stakeholders, product teams, EA, compliance and engineering.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on value, risk, and capacity.
• Lead sprint planning and requirements clarification.
• Partner with development and quality teams for delivery quality and release readiness.
• Define and track success metrics like automations and ROI.
• Prepare progress updates on risks and mitigation.
• Steer rollout with APAC markets and delivery partners including BMW TechWorks India.
• Advance continuous improvement in agile delivery and AI-enabled workflows.
