Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership in Singapore is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer Lead to drive practical AI solutions for front-office teams across APAC. This business‑aligned tech leadership role combines delivery discipline with governance to improve productivity and decision support.

You will partner with desk heads, design AI-enabled tools and workflows, and oversee production deployments from prototype to adoption, ensuring alignment with architecture, security and risk standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with front-office stakeholders to understand workflows and prioritize AI opportunities with clear benefits and business ownership
• Design, prototype and deliver AI-enabled tools, agents and workflow automations for daily prep, market intelligence, document automation, research support and data extraction
• Build on enterprise platforms including AWS Quick, AWS Kiro and Microsoft 365 / Copilot with strong engineering discipline
• Lead use cases from discovery and prototype through to production deployment and user adoption with defined outcomes and adoption plans
• Ensure all solutions meet technology, architecture, security, data, risk and compliance requirements, and support governance and production approvals
• Act as the APAC point of coordination between business teams, the AI Lab, Technology and support functions, representing the region in global AI forums
• Run enablement sessions, pilots, workshops and hackathons, sharing reusable patterns across regions
