Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a seasoned Adoption Strategist for a remote role based in Singapore to design and run scalable onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops and playbooks that activate customers on core use cases and expand usage across the platform. You will collaborate with Account Management, CX and RevOps to build data-driven adoption strategies, audit prompts, and deliver regional live workshops and webinars.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in adoption, enablement or similar role in AI-native or technical company with a large low-touch book.
• Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI or developer-facing products.
• Track record building onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks and self-serve content.
• Systems-thinking mindset; comfortable building automations and workflows with AI tools.
• Extremely analytical; identifies trends and opportunities to inform strategy.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally without direct authority.
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale (mid-market or commercial).
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption by building scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers and shorten time-to-value.
• Develop deep product expertise across the ElevenLabs platform, especially ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative.
• Audit customer prompts and configurations, offering data-driven recommendations to deepen adoption.
• Track leading/lagging adoption metrics and partner with RevOps to refine reporting and playbooks.
• Deliver targeted campaigns and regional live workshops/webinars with Account Management and CX.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to unify adoption strategy across the customer journey.
• Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives to support local GTM and global results.
