Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to scale our voice AI platform for enterprise customers, working with sales and customer teams to architect integration solutions and deliver compelling technical demonstrations. You will build self-service tools and documentation, collaborate with Account Executives, and create enablement resources to improve technical fluency across the sales organization.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, and Singapore-based candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

Strong customer-focused technical problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Python and understanding of software architecture.
Experience collaborating with sales and product teams to architect integrations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
Work directly with technical contacts from customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
Craft compelling technical demonstrations that communicate the product's value proposition.
Create technical enablement resources to amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency.
Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
Identify opportunities to productise common integration patterns and work with product teams to implement them.
