Job summary

Resmed is seeking a Senior Logistics Relationship Manager based in Singapore to own strategic third-party logistics partnerships across Singapore and Malaysia. You will drive performance reviews, governance forums, and supplier cost management while ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-efficient logistics for APAC manufacturing, distribution centers, and customers.

Qualifications

Experience managing strategic 3PL relationships and outsourced logistics.
Deep knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
Proven track record in supplier governance and performance improvement.
Commercial and financial acumen including budget ownership.

Responsibilities

Own strategic relationships with logistics providers for Singapore and Malaysia.
Lead monthly performance reviews and quarterly business reviews.
Manage supplier performance across safety, quality, service, and cost.
Ensure material availability for manufacturing and replenishment to APAC DCs.
Serve as senior escalation point for service failures and disruptions.
Own supplier KPIs, scorecards, budgets, and invoicing approvals.
Partner with Procurement on sourcing, renewals, and negotiations.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance on regulatory and inventory requirements.
Lead corrective actions, contingency planning, and risk mitigation.
Develop business cases for supplier transitions and network changes.
