Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations or partner/vendor coordination.
• Experience in warehouse/transportation or 3PL environments is preferred.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deploy APAC partner management standards and playbooks.
• Define contracting standards and ensure adherence across APAC logistics contracts.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement with APAC Deliver Operations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with global MTSC Transformation, Procurement and regional Deliver Operations.
