Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in operations or supply chain, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to lead regional/global distribution ops and manage 3PLs.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end APAC Distribution HUB alignment with strategies.
• Define KPIs, service levels, and ensure compliance with trade regs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes.
• Manage annual operating budget SGD 25M and inventory around SGD 200M.
• Lead and develop an operations team of 3+ direct reports.
• Drive continuous improvement with digital tools and analytics.
• Develop risk management and business continuity plans.
• Champion sustainability and safe work practices.
