Job summary

Resmed in Singapore is seeking a Senior Logistics Relationship Manager to own strategic supplier partnerships across Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring safe, compliant and cost-effective logistics for manufacturing, global distribution centers, and APAC customers.

You will lead reviews, manage KPIs and budgets, collaborate with Procurement and Quality Assurance, and drive improvements across warehousing, transportation, cross-border logistics, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in logistics, supply chain, contract logistics, warehousing, transportation, or related operations.
• Proven record of managing strategic 3PL relationships and outsourced logistics operations.
• Deep knowledge of warehousing, transportation, inventory management, factory replenishment, and supply chain operations.
• Commercial and financial acumen, including budget ownership and supplier cost management.
• Ability to influence suppliers and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Analytical judgement and a data-led approach to decision-making.
• Fluent business English.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with logistics providers supporting Singapore and Malaysia supply chain network.
• Lead monthly performance reviews, quarterly business reviews, annual strategic reviews, and executive supplier governance forums.
• Manage supplier performance across safety, quality, service, inventory integrity, capacity, cost, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure material availability for manufacturing operations and reliable replenishment to global distribution centers and APAC customers.
• Act as the senior escalation point for service failures, inventory issues, transportation disruptions, capacity constraints, and business continuity risks.
• Own supplier KPIs, scorecards, warehouse and domestic transportation budgets, and logistics invoice approvals.
• Partner with Procurement on sourcing, contract renewals, commercial negotiations, supplier strategy, and performance recovery.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain quality, regulatory, safety, and inventory management requirements.
• Lead corrective action plans, contingency planning, risk mitigation, and supplier performance improvement programmes.
• Develop business cases for supplier transitions, network changes, warehouse expansions, automation, and capability improvements.
