Job summary

Johnson & Johnson APAC is seeking a senior supply chain leader to own segmentation and partnership governance, deploy global playbooks, and standardize contracts and performance analytics across markets.

Requires 8–10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or contract manufacturing, strong governance and executive communication, and proven cross‑functional influence in a matrix organization; MBA is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or partner/vendor coordination roles.
• Experience in warehouse, transportation, 3PL-managed logistics or contract manufacturing environment
• Experience in deploying programs, operational processes, governance, activities in cross-functional environments
• Strong governance, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities
• MBA advantageous

Responsibilities

• Own APAC segmentation and engagement plans in collaboration with global teams.
• Develop APAC fit-for-purpose account plans and governance.
• Deploy global operational playbooks across the partner lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain partner management standards in APAC.
• Drive performance analytics and governance to meet contractual commitments.
