Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager RPIL for APAC to translate global planning strategy into regional execution. You will drive regional requirements, collaborate with GPMs, BPOs, TPOs, and KU communities, and align regional plans with global standards.

This role blends strategic influence with hands-on regional deployment across IBP, Demand Planning, NPI, and SLOB management. The position requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in end-to-end supply

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; advanced studies preferred.
• Certifications in supply chain or project management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between GPEX and APAC RDS for regional integration strategies.
• Shape and maintain an integrated regional process and capability roadmap.
• Lead the APAC Regional Council with cadence, agenda, and action tracking.
• Provide concise insights on portfolio status, dependencies and risks to leaders.
• Represent regional requirements in global governance and planning cycles.
• Manage cross-process implications to deliver integrated business solutions.
