Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Apac MedTech division seeks a senior leader to drive 3PL partner excellence, segmentation and governance within MTSC Transformation. You will align with global standards, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee contract performance and KPIs across APAC distribution networks.

The role requires extensive experience in supply chain transformation, vendor management, and data-driven governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or partner/vendor coordination roles.
• Experience in warehouse, transportation, 3PL-managed logistics or contract manufacturing environment.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
• Experience maintaining process documentation, trackers, reporting files, or governance materials.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify process gaps and support improvement initiatives.
• Leadership in matrix environments with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Engagement Model and Segmentation Ownership: shape fit-for-purpose segmentation and engagement plans for APAC.
• Source to Contract Excellence: define contracting standards and guardrails across APAC.
• Partner Performance Management: build capabilities and establish a centralized performance portal.
• Operationalizing the Contract through Governance and Execution: ensure adoption of standards and KPIs across Deliver Operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with Global MTSC Transformation and partners.
