Job summary

Jet Aviation Signapore is seeking an Accounting Specialist (6 months) to manage and monitor the Accounts Payable function and payment processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You will review invoices, match against POs, goods receipts, and approvals, enter data in the ERP, and prepare payments.

A Diploma or Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance and 2 years' experience are preferred, with SAP familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma/Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance is required or equivalent.
2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, proactive approach.

Responsibilities

Receive, review, verify, and process supplier invoices per policies.
Match invoices to purchase orders and goods receipts, obtaining approvals.
Investigate discrepancies and resolve incorrect charges or duplicates.
Record invoices, credit notes, adjustments, and payments in the ERP system.
Prepare payment runs and ensure timely, accurate supplier payments.
Reconcile supplier statements and monitor aged payables; follow up on disputes.
Support month-end/year-end close, accruals, and account reconciliations.
Assist audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and tax requirements.
