Job summary

StaffKing PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Payable intern to support a fast-paced finance team. You will process vendor invoices, perform three-way matching and assist with payment processing in a 3-month contract environment.

The role uses SAP, involves data entry, and requires attention to detail to manage multiple invoices and deadlines. 5-day work week with a contract completion bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Prior experience in Accounts Payable / invoice processing preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or other accounting systems will be advantageous.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple invoices and deadlines accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices in SAP, including coding and data entry with accuracy.
• Perform three-way matching between purchase orders, receiving reports and invoices, and follow up on discrepancies.
• Organise invoices based on emails and AP Aging reports for payment processing, while assisting with document scanning, filing and other finance-related tasks.
