Job summary

Bosch Energy and Building Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable and General Ledger Associate on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our Finance team in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end accounts payable, perform three-way matching, and support general ledger activities to ensure timely month-end closures.

Responsibilities include reconciliations, preparing journal entries, GST reporting support, and maintaining supplier/master data in the ERP.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger.
• Qualification in Accounting/Finance or equivalent (e.g., AAT, ACCA).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and meet tight deadlines during a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, ensure PO matching, and post into ERP.
• Perform three-way matching and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare supplier and staff payments and input into ERP.
• Manage month-end AP closing and posting.
• Reconcile AP balances and investigate variances.
• Support General Ledger activities including journal entries.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
• Prepare financial schedules and reports.
• Support GST reporting and statutory submissions.
• Maintain master data and project records in ERP and Excel.
