Job summary

Bosch Energy and Building Solutions in Singapore seeks an Accounts Receivable Executive on a one-year contract to drive accurate billing and manage customer accounts. You will supervise cash collections, support month-end close, and collaborate with Project Managers, Sales, and Finance to optimise the bill-to-cash process.

The role requires AR/finance experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency with ERP systems (SAGE 300).

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of AR, finance, or related accounting experience.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work on a fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project invoices including milestones and close-out invoices.
• Monitor milestones and billing schedules with Project Managers and Sales.
• Process credit notes, billing adjustments and refunds with approvals.
• Monitor AR ageing and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate billing discrepancies.
• Apply incoming payments to the correct accounts and investigate short payments.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and related journal entries.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales, AR, billing and cash-flow requirements.
• Assist GST reporting, tax documentation and customer master-data maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to digitise the Bill-to-Cash process.
