ROBERT BOSCH SECURITY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Payable and General Ledger Associate to join our Finance team for a one-year fixed-term contract in Singapore.

You will manage end-to-end AP operations and assist with GL activities, ensuring accurate records and timely month-end closures. You will process supplier invoices, perform three-way matching, prepare payments, and support month-end close and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, or Finance operations.
• Accounting qualification or equivalent (e.g., AAT, ACCA).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver accurate results within tight deadlines during a fixed-term period.

Responsabilités

• Process supplier invoices from intercompany and third-party vendors, ensuring descriptions, quantities, unit prices and totals align with PO and documents before posting into ERP system.
• Perform three-way matching of POs, delivery orders and supplier invoices, check goods receipt, and follow up on missing/inconsistent documents.
• Prepare supplier and staff payments, review expense and overtime claims, enter approved claims into ERP, and upload payments into banking system.
• Manage month-end Accounts Payable closing, ensure all invoices and batches are posted within the closing timeline.
• Reconcile Accounts Payable balances against the General Ledger and supplier statements, investigate discrepancies promptly.
• Support General Ledger activities, including recurring/nonrecurring journal entries and documentation.
• Perform bank and cash reconciliations, resolve differences in bank accounts and cash sweep accounts.
• Prepare financial schedules and reports (balance sheet, AP intercompany, liquidity, cash flow, department costs).
• Support GST reporting and statutory submissions by preparing GST input reports and GST returns.
