Job summary

Bosch Energy and Building Solutions Singapore is seeking an Accounts Payable and General Ledger Associate on a one-year fixed-term contract. You will manage end-to-end AP operations and support general ledger activities, ensuring accurate records and timely month-end closures.

The role requires 2–3 years’ experience in AP/GL, familiarity with SAGE 300, and strong Excel skills. Collaboration across cultures and regions is encouraged, with emphasis on accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, or Finance operations.
• Professional accounting qualification (AAT/ACCA) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and three-way matching.
• Prepare supplier and staff payments and post to ERP.
• Perform month-end AP closing and reconciliations with GL.
• Support GST reporting and statutory submissions.
