Bloomberg Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an Analytics Team Leader to lead client engagement, people development and strategic initiatives within the Analytics Management Team in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of client-facing experience in financial services or a financial technology company.
• Experience in one or more asset class (Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities, FX, etc.) gained within the past 5 years.
• Prior experience in team building, leadership, or in mentorship and development of others.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organisation.
• Bachelor’s degree or degree equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop talent through coaching, mentoring and training to build product expertise and commercial awareness.
• Drive excellence in quality and customer service, delivering meaningful value for internal and external clients.
• Bring a Sales and client perspective to connect client workflows with Bloomberg solutions and business outcomes.
• Align with Sales to understand client priorities and support strategic goals.
• Translate evolving client demand and ASEAN opportunities into team priorities and resource allocation.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, collaboration and inclusion across regions and departments.
• Act as escalation point and resource center for team members.
• Utilize technology and resources to manage queue traffic and improve client outcomes.
