Grab in Singapore is seeking an experienced data science leader to recruit, mentor and grow a diverse team of 5–7 data scientists, shaping analytics at scale.

You will present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into business strategy, and influence product, growth and operations. This role requires clear storytelling and strong stakeholder management to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data/quantitative fields with D2C or B2C experience.
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading and growing teams.
• Advanced SQL, Python and R proficiency.
• Deep expertise designing and executing A/B and time-slice experiments.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling for non-technical audiences.
• Autonomous operator with focus on quality data products.
• Builder mindset; thrives in fast-paced, adaptive environments.
• Own ambiguous business problems; propose novel solutions beyond best practices.
• Foster a data-driven culture and embed analytics in decisions.
