Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (business, economics, finance, analytics, life sciences, healthcare).
• 5–8 years in strategic planning, business analytics, or a related field.
• Ability to combine multiple data sources and translate analysis into business recommendations.
• Healthcare, MedTech or life sciences experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively uncover growth opportunities using performance, market, customer, and competitive signals.
• Form and test hypotheses on where BD can accelerate growth and improve market position.
• Assess and substantiate opportunities by quantifying market potential and strategic fit.
• Surface risks and market shifts to support prioritization and resource allocation.
• Integrate data from financials, Salesforce, distributors and in-market sales into a cohesive fact base.
• Conduct market sizing, whitespace, segmentation and portfolio analyses.
• Validate assumptions through triangulation and present evidence-based conclusions.
• Establish and maintain a regional market and growth intelligence hub.
• Provide analytical support for strategic reviews and business forums.
• Track progress of strategic commitments and growth initiatives.
