Qualifications

• Customer service experience with client interactions.
• Experience in sales or account management roles.
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in innovative technologies to improve workflows.
• Flexibility to occasionally work weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg Professional Services clients and answer questions.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and product rollouts; collaborate with sales on client initiatives.
• Develop product, market and client expertise while supporting diverse workflows.
• Progress into sales or specialist roles as you advance within Bloomberg's Financial Solutions.
• Learn through comprehensive industry training and hands-on client exposure.
