Job summary

JOBALLY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Analyst, Risk Management to coordinate business continuity activities and map supply chains across Asia with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

The role includes conducting risk surveys, monitoring supplier risk, preparing data reports for Board members, supporting governance and compliance, and tracking Singapore legislation impacts. A Bachelor’s degree and up to six years in risk management are required; strong data analysis, MS Office skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or its equivalent.
• Up to 6 years of relevant experience in risk management, management reporting, procurement governance and/or supplier management functions.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with attention to the details.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suites, experience with VBA will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates business continuity planning activities and supply chain mapping across Asia in coordination with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Conducts surveys, such as CMRT, EMRT, Human Rights Due Diligence, and other surveys in accordance with HQ guidelines.
• Monitors and tracks supplier financial risk, and supports development and monitoring of supplier risk ratings and dashboards.
• Provides support in the preparation of data reports, and presentation materials for Board members and Management staff, including global reporting matters.
• Provide support in monitoring governance and compliance activities.
• Assist in coordinating with respective departments on monitoring changes in Singapore legislation to assess applicability and impact to organisation.
• Assist in contract management and Master Service Agreement revisions.
