Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain, operations, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years in supply chain, procurement, operations, or logistics management.
  • Experience in semiconductor, electronics, high-tech industries preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory, procurement, and logistics.
  • ERP experience with SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics or equivalent.
  • Proven supplier negotiations, contract management and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with growth objectives.
  • Lead and mentor Supply Chain team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to drive performance.
  • Oversee demand forecasting, S&OP, and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Operations for alignment.
  • Identify supply risks and implement mitigation to ensure continuity.
  • Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships for quality and cost control.
  • Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance reviews.
  • Identify alternative sourcing strategies to improve resilience.
  • Optimize inventory levels balancing service, working capital, and efficiency.
  • Manage logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
  • Drive inventory accuracy and control practices.
  • Monitor global supply chain trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop contingency plans for disruptions and continuity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business goals.
  • Support new product introductions and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide updates to senior leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze operational data and market trends to inform decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and operational requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the Supply Chain team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and supply chain performance.
  • Oversee demand forecasting, sales and operations planning (S&OP), and capacity planning processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between customer demand and supply capabilities.
  • Identify potential supply risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain business continuity.
  • Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and supply reliability.
  • Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance reviews.
  • Identify alternative sourcing strategies to minimize supply chain risks and improve resilience.
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance customer service, working capital, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities to support timely product delivery.
  • Drive inventory accuracy and establish effective inventory control practices.
  • Monitor global supply chain trends, geopolitical developments, and market conditions that may impact operations.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, import/export requirements, and industry standards.
  • Develop contingency plans to address supply disruptions and business continuity risks.
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams to support business goals.
  • Support new product introductions (NPI), customer programs, and strategic business initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on supply chain performance, risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze operational data and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency programs across the supply chain function.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or logistics management.
  • Experience within the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, high-tech, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and supplier management.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor supply chains, component sourcing, production planning, and customer fulfilment processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
  • Experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets and supply chain performance metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence business decisions at all organizational levels.
  • Willing to work in the East Region, Changi North Crescent.
