Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a data‑savvy analyst to support Sales Incentives for Wealth & Retail Banking. You will calculate incentives, assist annual planning with trend analysis and scenario simulations, and resolve front‑line queries to ensure accurate, auditable processes.

Additionally, you will help with data preparation, validation, and UAT when required, while documenting procedures to sustain strong control and daily incentive operations for the wealth and retail banking

Responsibilities

• Calculate the Sales incentives for various Wealth & Retail banking roles across the division.
• Assist during the annual incentive planning process by analysing of sales behaviour/ trend, running multiple scenario simulations & doing cost income analysis
• Resolve queries from the front end sales force in a quick and effective manner.
• Understand operational flow and identify key operational risk areas.
• Document procedure changes to ensure that as an organization we are audit compliant.
• Assist with the day-to-day operational activities for Sales Incentives.
• Assist with data massaging, data validation and feature engineering for Raw datasets.
• Assist with User Acceptance Test (when required).
• Understand the Sales Incentive schemes for all the wealth & retail banking sales force
