Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the preparation and management of annual budgets and forecasts, collaborating with multiple departments to gather inputs.

You will perform variance, trend and profitability analyses, prepare business cases and management presentations, and monitor KPIs to drive business improvements. This role offers exposure to finance systems and cross‑functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial reports, including monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
• Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets and periodic forecasts by working closely with various departments to gather inputs and provide financial guidance.
• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis and profitability analysis, to identify key business drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Support the preparation of business cases, financial models and management presentations for key stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Accounting and other Finance teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities.
• Maintain and update financial databases and reporting systems.
• Support ad hoc financial projects and analysis as required.
