OCBC is seeking a Sales Performance and Incentives Analytics professional to drive data-driven insights, inform sales strategies and incentives, and partner with stakeholders across Wealth and Retail banking to fuel growth.

You will analyze sales data, develop dashboards, design incentive schemes, ensure audit-compliant processes, and contribute to the broader analytics agenda in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Accountancy, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics
• 1–3 years of analytics or business management experience; fresh graduates welcome
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient with Excel, SQL and data visualization tools

Responsabilités

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Calculate sales incentives for Wealth & Retail banking roles
• Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards
• Design and implement incentive structures to drive sales performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders on sales strategies
• Provide data-driven insights to inform decisions
• Document procedure changes for audit compliance
• Assist with data cleaning, validation and feature engineering
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing when required
