Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an auditor/compliance professional to perform MAS Balanced Scorecard checks for sales reps and ensure adherence to Bank policies and procedures. You will monitor results, identify root causes, and drive remediation while keeping up with regulatory developments.

The role includes training new hires on the BSC framework and guiding supervisors on checks and complaint investigations, with opportunities to automate audit workflows using RPA and AI.

Responsibilities

• Perform checks and fulfil MAS Balanced Scorecard Framework requirements for sales representatives and the Bank's policies and procedures.
• Monitor the BSC results, identify root causes of significant lapses and common errors, and pursue remediation.
• Conduct training on BSC Framework for new hires, and guide new supervisors on BSC checks and complaint investigation.
• Provide independent review of customer complaints relating to investment sales.
• Keep checks current with developments in the regulatory environment and the internal processes and systems.
• Automate independent sales audit workflow by leveraging RPA, system automation and AI.
